Muneeb Anjum is regarded as a Visionary and Startup Expert having successfully launched and introduced key vendors, solutions, specialized services in MENA region and converting them into profitable streams.  In his present capacity as Founder and CEO of AHAD he’s responsible for Cyber Security & Digital Transformation Division helping clients Mastering Risk, Meet Regulatory Compliance and Achieve Cyber Resilience through AHAD’s Advanced Cyber Defense Portfolio. 
 
With over 16+ years of vast experience working across MENA region; he is regarded as a highly efficient planner & strategic thinker with a keen eye for finding simpler, quicker and more efficient way of doing things. With ability to recognize potential opportunities to facilitate effective growth he is known to be a proven performer, who moves from vision and strategy to implementation and follow-through.

An innovative leader and mentor with proven expertise in leveraging small  teams to deliver outstanding, measurable results. Rohan is a seasoned executive with over 18 years of professional experience in the areas of global management, consulting, enterprise collaboration, knowledge management, strategy, marketing, sales, advertising and corporate communications.
 
He holds a Master's degree in Forensics from London South Bank University, UK, and is a CIM Level 7 Marketing Leadership Program from Chartered Institute of Marketing, UK. He  is currently pursuing his PhD in Business Administration from SP Jain School  Of Global Management, UAE.

 

Somnath Sarkar, CISO

Somnath Sarkar, CISO

Somnath is an esteemed CISO boosting 30 years of rich professional experience, having held pivotal leadership roles in BFSI sector across multiple geographies. 

Somnath Sarkar has served as Executive Vice President and Group CISO at Mashreq Bank UAE, providing singular accountability for all Information Security and Privacy programs in the bank. In his CISO role, Somnath visualized 

the changing landscape of digital cyber-security and was instrumental in enabling disruptive technologies to grow in the evolving marketplace, introduced effective security strategies, system designs and data controls that helped the bank transform as a market leader.

Prior to joining Mashreq Bank, Somnath served as CIO and CTO of several multinational banks and Insurance companies including CitiGroup across Asia and Africa, where he led security transformation programs, launched Digital banks, Data governance and setup COE’s across several countries.
